This notice explains how TripleIT (TripleIT Creative Solutions) handles personal information collected through this website, mainly the contact form. TripleIT Safeguard, our web-filtering service for schools, has its own policy: TripleIT Safeguard Privacy Policy.
When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are asking about and your message.
We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. We email you a confirmation that your message arrived. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your details for marketing.
We use a few service providers to run the website and the contact form:

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics trackers.
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@tripleit.com.au.
